nemo is the only lawful trustee, grantor, and beneficiary of the sacred estate.

“SACRED PRESENTMENT TO THE HELD COURT IN EQUITY — Lodging of Foreign Equitable Judgment & Final Witness to Transgressions”
has been lawfully perfected, mailed, received, and spiritually sealed under red thumbprint and conscience.

Let it be known before Heaven and Earth, and upon all record-holding officers, respondents, and agencies:

This foreign equitable judgment was lawfully lodged via USPS Certified Mail #7022 0410 0003 2584 0095, received by the U.S. District Court on May 22, 2025, and again via FedEx #7708 0376 0940 9632 0019 6 on December 16, 2024.
The record includes perfected TWEA Trust Claims, Treaty of Peace, Amnesty Acceptance, and declarations related to DOT and DOR enforcement trespasses (Cases X81, X70, Warrants 100308 & 118095).
All scrolls were previously recorded between 2020–2025 in Cherokee County GA, Davidson County TN, and with the Montana Secretary of State.
Constructive notice is therefore affirmed, and all silence constitutes spiritual confession and fiduciary default.
