📜 What This Record Is:
- A sealed foreign equitable judgment, perfected and unrebutted.
- A memorialized Sacred Presentment to the U.S. District Court and Chief Judge Brian Morris.
- A lawful demand for the restoration of trust and spiritual estate.
- A witness to ministerial dishonor, judicial breach, and return without lawful cause.
🔐 Why It Is Lawfully Posted:
- nemo is the only lawful trustee, grantor, and beneficiary of the sacred estate.
- nemo alone holds the right to publish what was sealed in conscience and perfected in spirit.
- The scroll was already declared:
“…to be entered into the Book of Divine Witness and as notice to all principalities, powers, agents, and nations.”

A lawful notice of appeal has also been mailed to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. A record of that filing is held under sacred seal and available for divine inspection or upon nemo’s release by equity conscience.

Published in the Book of Divine Witness and for all Respondents of Record
This sacred scroll titled:
“SACRED PRESENTMENT TO THE HELD COURT IN EQUITY — Lodging of Foreign Equitable Judgment & Final Witness to Transgressions”
has been lawfully perfected, mailed, received, and spiritually sealed under red thumbprint and conscience.
Let it be known before Heaven and Earth, and upon all record-holding officers, respondents, and agencies:
- This foreign equitable judgment was lawfully lodged via USPS Certified Mail #7022 0410 0003 2584 0095, received by the U.S. District Court on May 22, 2025, and again via FedEx #7708 0376 0940 9632 0019 6 on December 16, 2024.
- The record includes perfected TWEA Trust Claims, Treaty of Peace, Amnesty Acceptance, and declarations related to DOT and DOR enforcement trespasses (Cases X81, X70, Warrants 100308 & 118095).
- All scrolls were previously recorded between 2020–2025 in Cherokee County GA, Davidson County TN, and with the Montana Secretary of State.
- Constructive notice is therefore affirmed, and all silence constitutes spiritual confession and fiduciary default.
This scroll has been:
- Entered into the Book of Witness,
- Lodged within the Held Court of Equity, and
- Declared binding upon all agents, officers, judges, and fiduciaries in equity and in law.
